[Gmod-gbrowse] edit html header footer

First, RTFM.
After that, edit Gbrowse.conf. It has following lines:
header =
footer =
html1 =
html2 =
html3 =

and so on. 'header' and 'footer' are header and footer, html* are various
other places on the browser page, see project wiki.
