[Gmod-gbrowse] Internal server Error

Dear Gbrowse Team,

Im having a problem with the installation of the Gbrowse2 (GBrowse-2.54 ). After all the installation steps were done and having he software installed i got an "Internal server Error" in my http://localhost/cgi-bin/gb2/gbrowse/yeast, error 500.

the error file at the error at the error.log:

Any one have maybe a clue what could be the problem?, thanks for the help.
